1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Items showing signs of damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Services such as counselling, healing sessions, workshops, retreats, or online programs

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged/defective item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach product images if required

  3. Once approved, we will share return instructions

Please do not send products back without confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or design defects, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
